Stanton Communications has been appointed agency of record for the International Coach Federation, a support network for the coaching profession.
ICF, which claims 25,000 members in more than 135 countries, is the world's largest professional organization dedicated to coaching, advancing the profession for life coaches, executive coaches and leadership coaches.
ICF chose Stanton after an extensive and competitive selection process through agency search firm RFP Associates.
The appointment marks ICF’s first use of a PR agency.
Washington, D.C.-based Stanton Communications will help the organization develop an outreach program that builds awareness of both the ICF brand and the coaching profession, with a particular focus in international markets. As a member of global network Public Relations World Alliance, Stanton will utilize its contacts to address the organization’s international needs.
