McBride joins TDB anchors Lance Smith and Kia Malone as well as west coast entertainment reporter Scott Carty.
Multiple digital platforms will carry TDB, with additional broadcast and digital hosts to be added.
“Josh is a great addition to our team,” Yvonne Hanak, COO of KEF Media, told O’Dwyer’s. “His unique knowledge of pop culture, entertainment and trends is a perfect fit with the show’s brand. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our on-air team is coming together for the show relaunch.”
KEF Media acquired the show’s trademark and is providing integrated content.
