Rosanna Fiske, executive VP at Republica and former chair of PRSA, has moved to Wells Fargo in a VP role covering its Florida region.

fiskeFiske exits Republica after a year at the Miami agency.

At WF, she serves as VP of corporate communications, guiding internal and external communications, as well as executive advocacy and social media, for its Sunshine State operations.

Christina Smotryski, another Republica alum who is now head of enterprise marketing and multicultural communications for WF in the U.S, previously held the post.

Fiske previously ran her own shop and worked at Ketchum. She was chair during PRSA's push to find a new definition of PR last year.

WF said it has nearly 15,000 employees in the state. Shelley Freeman, lead regional president for Florida, said in a statement that Fiske will serve as part of the bank's leadership team in the state, helping it tell its story to customers and "team members."
