Caliber Corporate Advisers has appointed Grace Keith president. Keith most recently served as managing director at the firm. Before coming to Caliber in 2014, she served as PR manager, financial & risk at Thomson Reuters and PR manager at OTC Markets Group. In her new role, Keith will lead Caliber's operations across its offices in Austin and New York, setting the strategic direction for the team and the company as a whole. She will also focus on exploring expansion opportunities and evaluating additional service offerings, as well as strategic partnerships. Caliber focuses on serving global organizations within financial services, technology and professional services.

Dukas Linden Public Relations has promoted Shree Dhond to senior VP. Dhond, who has been with DLPR since 2015, was previously a VP at the firm, heading its Alternative and Institutional Practice Group. He previously served as supervisor/account executive at financial communications consultancy the Neibart Group. In his new post, Dhond will run one of DLPR’s largest practice groups. He will also be tasked with developing and executing communications strategies that leverage traditional and social media, proprietary content creation, strategic messaging, media and presentation coaching services and high-profile speaking engagements.

Struthers most recently served as president of Audience Partners in Washington, where he built data-driven, audience-specific digital advertising programs across multiple platforms. “There are very few people out there with the technical background and strategic expertise that Mac has, and we are incredibly excited to have him on the team,” said Evan Kraus, global president and managing director of APCO’s Washington office.

Sarah has been on the firm’s leadership team for over five years, working to encourage innovation and creative problem-solving on all client teams. Before coming to Acceleration in 2011, she launched and ran Luna Boston, an e-commerce fashion business, from 2004 to 2011. In addition to her continued oversight of Acceleration’s largest global client relationships, Johnson Dayes will develop and nurture the company’s relationships with global publishers.
