Holtz joins the company from ICE Mortgage Technology, where she served as VP demand marketing and commnications. She joined ICE upon its acquisition of Ellie Mae in 2020. In her new post, she will work to drive unified marketing and communications strategies, with the goal of advancing Optimal Blue’s business priorities and extending its influence. “Her unique blend of experience makes her the perfect addition to Optimal Blue’s senior leadership team,” said Optimal Blue interim CEO Scott Smith. “She has a track record of proven leadership, and she will play an integral role as we continue to expand our position.”

Neiman previously led the product marketing team as BuildingConnected, a preconstruction software platform that was acquired by Autodesk in 2019. At OnsiteIQ, Neiman will focus her initial marketing efforts on driving a clear and distinct value-based narrative to owners, developers, and investors in the real estate industry, positioning OnsiteIQ as the standard for real estate intelligence. "Andrea has a track record of leading new and existing products into complex trillion-dollar markets, notably pivoting go-to-market strategies from focusing on small-medium businesses to expanding upmarket where organizations are highly matrixed," said OnsiteIQ founder and CEO Ardalan Khosrowpour.

Dunn previously ran Talmage Advisors, working with retailers, brands, and private equity firms as an independent consultant. Earlier in her career, she worked in the finance departments of Liz Claiborne and Gap Inc., and she began her career in the consumer investment banking group at Bear Stearns. At Caleres, Dunn will work to ensure that Caleres aligns its growth ambitions and strategic communications with delivering shareholder value. “Liz has been working closely with Caleres for the last year as a consultant to provide a thoughtful perspective on our strategic and financial plans,” said Caleres president Jay Schmidt. “I am confident Liz’s knowledge and expertise will support our efforts to drive value."
