Caliber Corporate Advisers ups Kristie Galvani to COO. Galvani was previously a managing director at the firm. Before joining Caliber in 2021, she was EVP/group head, corporate communications at Rubenstein Public Relations. Before that, she was EVP at boutique public relations firm HJMT. While at Caliber, Galvani has led its recruitment and staffing efforts, and managed internal operations, as well as helping to oversee Caliber’s College of Public Relations program, which provides team members with live tutorials on everything from how to execute PR fundamentals to how to think more broadly about client relationships and how to provide value. In her new post, she will oversee Caliber’s strategic, organizational and administrative operations. “Since joining Caliber, Kristie has provided immeasurable value across our business, and served as a true leader and strategic voice for our team and our clients,” said Grace Keith Rodriguez, who was named Caliber’s CEO in February.

Hy-Vee, a retailer that operates more than 550 grocery and convenience stores in eight Midwestern states, hires Jessica Hendrix as EVP, CMO and president of the company’s retail media network, RedMedia, effective April 16. Hendrix has been president and CEO of shopper marketing agency Saatchi & Saatchi X since 2015, and she held several other executive posts at the firm before that. At Hy-Vee, she will oversee the company’s marketing efforts and work to grow RedMedia and its strategic operations. “The talent and experience we have in this area is second to none, and with Jessica at the helm, I’m confident this team will bring even more value to our brand marketing efforts,” said Hy-Vee CEO Jeremy Gosch.

Ford Hutman Media, which works with clients in the life sciences industry, promotes Julia Fuller to managing partner. Fuller has been with the agency since 2021, previously serving as EVP. Before that, she was director of communications at Medtronic and a senior account director at Real Chemistry. As managing partner, Fuller will work to shape the strategic direction of FHM alongside founder and CEO Rachel Ford Hutman. “Julia’s promotion to managing partner is a testament to her exemplary performance, leadership and dedication to the success of FHM,” said Hutman. “She has been instrumental in steering our company toward continued growth and success.”
