Janis joins the company from GM, where he most recently was head of marketing for BrightDrop, its commercial electric vehicle and last mile delivery company. While at GM, he also served as global marketing manager for Ariv, the company’s ebike business and manager, performance marketing & media for Cadillac. Before coming to GM, Janis was partner and VP of operations at Accelerator Marketing. In his new post, he will work to enhance White Glove’s B2B marketing capabilities and extend its reach to a broader spectrum of financial professionals. "Derek's grasp of the nuanced blend of creativity and data-driven methodologies in crafting powerful marketing strategies will be instrumental in propelling our growth strategy," said White Glove CEO Greg Bogich.

Certinia, a services-as-a-business platform, hires Drew Chapin as CMO. Chapin joins the company from content services software provider Hyland, where he also served as CMO. Before that, he was VP, North America field marketing at SAP, and held senior marketing posts at Computer Associates and Hewlett Packard. In his new post, Chapin will be tasked with driving more meaningful connections with customers and building brand loyalty. “Drew brings decades of expertise and a proven track record in B2B marketing,” said Certinia CEO DJ Paoni. “Drew’s customer-centric leadership and expertise will be fundamental as we drive meaningful value for service organizations.”

eClerx Services Ltd, which provides business process management, automation and analytics services, appoints Karolina Kocalevski as CMO. Kocalevski most recently served as VP, global head of marketing and communications, at digital transformation company Orion Innovation. She has also held executive marketing positions at companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Thomson Reuters. At eClerx, Kocalevski will be chief brand ambassador for the company, with responsibility for the overall development and execution of the global brand, marketing and PR strategy. “Her ability to drive innovation and deliver results makes her the ideal candidate to lead our global marketing efforts. Her leadership and expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company's marketing strategy and driving continued success," said eClerx group CEO Kapil Jain.
