FINN Partners brings on Kathy Kiely as senior partner. Kiely has been president of The Ad Club of New England since 2004. Before that, she served as a managing partner and creative director at Arnold Advertising and launched the Boston office of Deutsch Advertising. In her new role, she will focus on building new client relationships, focusing particularly on companies with a strong presence on the East Coast. Kiely reports to founding managing partner Noah Finn, who also heads FINN’s 350-person Global Integrated Marketing group. “Increasingly, business leaders need a single full-spectrum integrated marketing agency with a fast and flexible operational model that can take on any challenge,” Finn said. “Kathy will build relationships with clients looking for FINN Partners to bring them a competitive advantage.”

Instawork, a flexible work platform for skilled hourly professionals, hires Ashwin Somakumar as VP of marketing. Somakumar was most recently head of product and growth marketing at Square, where he helped launch and scale successful financial services products for small businesses. He previously led product marketing and growth for merchant payments at instant messaging service WhatsApp, and spent five years working on pricing strategy and product marketing at OpenTable. "Ashwin’s wealth of experience will allow us to strategically align across the teams that build our pipeline, create brand awareness, and provide data insights that enable us to lead the conversation around flexible work,” said Instawork co-founder and CEO Sumir Meghani.

Glassbox, which develops digital experience analytics for web and mobile applications, appoints Michelle Suzuki as CMO. Suzuki was most recently SVP, head of marketing at e-learning provider Instructure. Before that, she was CMO at software developer RizePoint. At Glassbox, Suzuki will be tasked with driving new growth opportunities for the company, mirroring its mission to empower organizations to deliver superior digital customer experiences. She will also lead initiatives to continue bringing Autonomous CX solutions to the market. "Michelle's extensive experience in global strategic marketing, coupled with her passion for innovation and commitment to driving exceptional customer experiences, make her the ideal leader to spearhead our marketing efforts as we continue to grow and expand our footprint in the digital analytics space," said Glassbox CEO Yaron Morgenstern.
