Davidson serves as a New York-based consultant for the San Francisco-based firm.
She spent four years at Blackberry through the company's struggle to regain a footing in the business smartphone realm.
She previously held top communications, policy and management roles over a decade at MasterCard Worldwide.
GFBunting is led by Los Angeles Times and Sitrick alum Glenn Bunting.
