Gerry Casanova has been named senior VP and client services director of Rubenstein PR.
In the new role, established specifically for Casanova’s hire, he’ll be responsible for overseeing account teams, enhancing the firm’s strategic efforts and pursuing additional business opportunities.
Casanova will work directly with Rubenstein executive VP and managing director Donna Fontana, as well as Rubenstein President Richard Rubenstein.
An industry veteran with more than two decades of experience, Casanova comes to Rubenstein from New York-based nutrition counseling and media agency F-Factors LLC, where he held the title of chief marketing and media officer. Prior to that, he was director of communications and creative development for Hartmoor LLC, and executive VP at Howard J. Rubenstein Associates, where he spent 15 years.
“Gerry is a talented, respected and accomplished public relations professional who provides outstanding client management, strategic counsel and team building skills,” Richard Rubenstein said in a statement. “This is an exciting time for the agency as we continue to expand our practice areas and leadership bench."
