Finsbury is owned by JWT parent WPP.
The ad agency has also hired employment law firm Proskauer Rose to conduct a review of the claims by Erin Johnson, chief communications officer at JWT who is currently on leave.
Johnson filed suit this month in federal court in New York after 11 years with JWT, alleging crude racial and sexual remarks by the CEO.
