Most recently, Mooney served as technology and innovation leader at Booz Allen. Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Mooney served the U.S. in combat with the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment. In his new role, Mooney will work with Harman’s divisional business leaders and Samsung’s government affairs team to execute meaningful policy and communications plans that help Harman to work with government leaders in driving progress, inspiring innovation and advancing strategic investments.
