Lippe Taylor named Tina Cervera chief digital & creative officer, a new role designed to integrate the creative and digital departments. Cervera, who comes to Lippe Taylor from digital consultancy Wit + Measure, was an early architect at digital marketing firm VaynerMedia, where she built the creative department from a team of 20 to over 300 people. At Lippe Taylor, she will drive creative strategy across all of the agency’s clients. “Tina’s hiring reflects our agency’s ongoing evolution, yet continues our strong commitment to delivering best-in-class creative work,” said Maureen Lippe, CEO and founder of Lippe Taylor.

Tata Sons, corporate parent to more than 100 companies that make up India-based Tata Group, appointed Pradipta Bagchi as group chief communications officer. Bagchi has been the global head of corporate communications for Tata Consultancy Services since 2005. Before coming to TCS, he was an editor and reporter for the Times of India, the Economic Times and Business Standard. Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran said that Bagchi “will play a key role in driving seamless communication experience across the Tata group as well as create engagement with stakeholders.” Debasis Ray, head of corporate communications and PR for Tata Trusts, will continue to support the Tata Group communications team on an ongoing basis.

Earlier, Wellington worked at GCI Health where she provided media relations and corporate communications support to pharmaceutical, biotech and non-profit clients. In her new role, she will support SKDK’s advocacy, corporate and crisis communications capabilities. “Michelle is a highly effective communicator, and her strategic instincts and creativity will make her a real asset to the firm,” said SKDK managing director Josh Isay.
