A group of top female leaders in communications will share their insights at Sept. 20’s Night of the Roundtables, an event hosted by New York Women in Communications.
Attendees will have two opportunities to talk with subject matter experts and each other at tables devoted to such topics as media relations and social engagement. The event is being co-sponsored by WE NYC and the New York Women in Business. WE NYC is an initiative based out of the New York City Department of Small Business Services dedicated to helping women start and grow their businesses. NYWIB helps women entrepreneurs and professionals become more successful.
Participants will include Liz Castoro, public relations director of global communications at MetLife, and Juliana Uribe, founder of engagement and social innovation lab Movilizatorio.
The Night of the Round Tables will run from 6 – 8:30 p.m. at the NYC Dept. of Small Business Services (110 William St., 4th floor, NYC). Prices for the event run from $20 for student members of WICI to $60 for professionals who are not members.
