Simon, who joins LT from Konrad Group, also headed marketing and business development for Attention Global, which is part of MDC Partners.

Marino has promoted Daniella Alkobi to vice president and brought on Andrew Zimmer as director of digital strategy. Alkobi joined the firm in 2012 as an account executive in its New York office and most recently served as account director, overseeing Marino’s Los Angeles office and providing counsel and strategic planning across various nonprofit and consumer/lifestyle accounts. In her new role, she will expand her work with the agency’s nonprofit and consumer/lifestyle units, while continuing to further develop Marino’s footprint on the West Coast. Zimmer comes to Marino from Blue Man Group, where he led the creation of their digital content and helped grow the group’s social media audiences. He has also served as editorial director at Thrillist and as deputy editor at Time Out New York, where he managed the creation of digital content by vertical editors and managed the USA social media team. At Marino, he will help develop and drive the digital strategies for Marino’s clients.

Gretchen Stallings

Lambert has brought on Gretchen Stallings as a director in its Detroit office. Stallings comes to the agency from Eisbrenner Public Relations, where she supported automotive supplier clients and led projects for Bosch, Dana Corporation, and Michigan State University Mobility initiative. Before Eisbrenner, she held positions at Fahlgren Mortine and Severstal North America. The agency has also hired Taylor Grandinetti as a coordinator in its Grand Rapids office, as well as Tarajah Ramsey and Jessica Price as coordinators in the Detroit office.

Heyman Associates has promoted Jessamyn Katz to president of the firm. Katz, who has been with the firm since 2005, opened the San Francisco office in 2014 and has cultivated close relationships along the tech-heavy West Coast. In her new post, she will drive overall strategy while also partnering on worldwide initiatives. Bill Heyman will remain CEO and will continue to serve clients and help guide the strategic direction of the firm. Heyman has also hired Steve Lavner as senior vice president. Lavner, who most recently served as vice president of executive search at MediaLink, will be based in New York. Founded in 1989, Heyman Associates in an international executive search firm specializing in senior-level corporate communications, public affairs and marketing roles.
