Brunswick Group has appointed Kate Holgate, formerly office head in Singapore, to lead its Hong Kong office. Will Carnwath will succeed her as office head in Singapore. Holgate, who joined Brunswick in 2000, worked in Brunswick’s London office as head of its global property and professional services sector teams before setting up the Singapore office in 2013. She was previously at investment bank Kleinwort Benson, where she worked on M&A and capital market transactions. Carnwath has been with Brunswick since 2009. Before moving to Singapore to help establish the office in 2013, he spent three years as chief of staff to Brunswick chairman Alan Parker. He co-leads Brunswick’s business and society offer for Asia and much of his work focuses on crisis, corporate reputation and investor relations.

Hilton has named Armin Molavi vice president of global media strategy and execution. Molavi has served as North America head of strategy for Havas Media Group and senior vice president, director of media and brand planning at One to One Interactive. In his new role, Molavi will lead the ongoing transformation of Hilton’s media team and work with partners across the globe to build out the company’s media center of excellence. He will be based at Hilton’s global headquarters in McLean, Va.

IMG Fashion has named Ian Edwards senior director of communications. Edwards comes to IMG from Alexander Wang, where he had served as director of public relations since 2015. Before that, he was an account executive at Shadow. IMG Fashion is part of William Morris Endeavor, the talent agency led by Patrick Whitesell and Ari Emanuel.
