Edelman has announced the new leadership team for its corporate affairs and reputation practice. Jim O’Leary will continue as global chair and U.S. corporate affairs and advisory services lead. Hugh Taggart, who joined Edelman in 2017, will be corporate affairs lead for EMEA, in addition to serving as global chair for the crisis & risk practice. Antoine Calendrier, who recently served as managing director for corporate affairs team in Paris, has been named reputation lead for North Asia. Scott Thomson, who has served in local Edelman leadership roles across the UK, Canada, and Australia, will be reputation lead for South Asia, Southeast Asia and Australia. Calendrier and Thomson will also partner regionally with Bob Grove, who continues to oversee integrated business marketing and employee experience and engagement for APAC. David Ryan, national practice lead for corporate in Canada, will now also serve as corporate affairs lead for Canada, and Daniel Soto, Corporate Vice President in Mexico, has been named corporate affairs regional coordinator for Latin America.

Prosek Partners has promoted Mike Geller to partner. Geller runs some of Prosek’s largest traditional and alternative asset management accounts. Before coming to the agency two years ago, he was an executive vice president in Edelman’s financial communications & capital markets practice. Geller has also led public relations for Royal Bank of Scotland’s investment bank in the Americas and held senior corporate communications positions at Pershing LLC (a BNY Mellon company) and Cantor Fitzgerald.

InkHouse has promoted Alison Morra to managing director for the East Coast. Morra, who will remain general manager of the agency’s Waltham, MA office, has been with InkHouse since 2013. Before coming to InkHouse, she was a vice president at Solomon McCown & Co. In her new role, Morra will focus on ensuring quality of work and staffing account teams for InkHouse in both Boston and New York. The agency has also promoted Ed Harrison to executive vice president and assistant general manager in Boston. Harrison previously led InkHouse’s enterprise technology practice. Before coming to InkHouse, he served as a managing partner at fama PR and a vice president at LEWIS Global Communications. As EVP, Harrison will take on a larger role in new business development, human resources and budgeting at the agency.

G&S Business Communications has made senior vice president of human resources Kate Threewitts a shareholder in the agency. Based in G&S’s Raleigh office, Threewitts is the first human resources leader to be elected a shareholder at G&S. She has led the development of various internal initiatives at the agency, and supported the launch of G&S’ diversity and inclusion program, Think Differently Together. Prior to joining the agency in 2014, she served as senior director of Human Resources at the American Heart Association, where she provided counsel to management leaders on all HR matters, implemented and tracked measurement of performance initiatives, and provided guidance on employee relations issues.
