Maureen Lippe, who founded Lippe Taylor in 1989, is moving from the CEO position at the agency to become chairman, part of an overall reorganization of its executive team.

Succeeding Lippe as CEO is Paul Dyer, who joined Lippe Taylor as president in January 2017. Before coming to the agency, Dyer served as chief commercial officer and president, analytics and insights at W2O Group.

As chairman, Lippe will remain actively involved in agency operations, including client relations and team mentorship. She will also spend more time engaging throughout the industry, including efforts like the SHEQUALITY initiative, which she created several years ago.

Also moving to a new post is Tracy Naden, who has been consumer practice leader at Lippe Taylor since December 2017, and will now serve as chief engagement officer. She will oversee all of the agency’s client engagement teams including consumer, consumer health, and healthcare practice areas.

In addition, chief integration officer Lori Rubinson will now be chief client officer, and executive vice president, finance & operations Marissa McKeon is being promoted to chief financial officer.
