Manifest promotes executive VP/managing director Melissa Bouma to president. Before coming to Manifest, she was VP, digital marketing at McMurry/TMG and served as president at search engine optimization and consultation company Search Toppers. In her new role, Bouma will oversee all agency activities. Bouma succeeds Eric Goodstadt, who had served as president since 2016. Johnson recently retired from WUSA after having served as a journalist and anchor at the station since 1976. He has won 22 Emmy Awards and is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists Hall of Fame. At 3D, Johnson will work with clients to help them discover and develop their authentic voice, and coach them to deliver their messages effectively. “His uncanny ability to connect with people, get to the root of an issue, and develop a story that is both authentic and meaningful is exactly what leaders and organizations need more than ever," said 3D co-founder Cindy DiBiasi.

Mitchell comes to iboss from AI-driven endpoint protection provider Cylance, where she was vice president of global channels, alliance and marketing, working with the company through its $1.4 billion acquisition by Blackberry in 2019. She has also served as VP, worldwide field and channel marketing at Symantec. At iboss, Mitchell will oversee sales and marketing of the company’s cloud network security services and Zero Trust Network Access solution. “May’s pedigree for successfully launching and driving adoption of cutting-edge new technology is unparalleled,” said iboss CEO Paul Martini.
