Allison+Partners hires Michelle Webb as managing director and North American health practice lead. Most recently, Webb was a senior vice president at Burson Cohn & Wolfe, where she led a corporate health communications portfolio and focused on integrated campaigns for pharmaceutical, device, and nonprofit clients. She’s also served as a vice president at APCO Worldwide and associate director, communications for The Brookings Institution’s Center for Health Policy. In her new post, Webb will be responsible for evolving the agency’s health practice to create a more robust, cohesive and scalable offering. She’ll report to Cathy Planchard, global partner and president of Marketing Innovation Team + Health. “Michelle’s deep experience and proven track record in winning new business, expanding existing client relationships and leading teams that deliver on the business objectives puts us on a promising trajectory for continued growth,” said Planchard.
BPCM appoints François Souchet global head of sustainability and impact, a newly created role at the agency. Souchet joins BPCM from The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, where he led the Make Fashion Circular initiative, which aimed to reduce the environmental footprint of the fashion industry. He worked with the BPCM team during his time at the foundation. In his new post, Souchet will be responsible for supporting clients in building impact strategies and forging relationships across the agency’s main disciplines worldwide. He will be based in the London office. “François’ work in the circular economy and also as a management consultant will enhance and build upon the work we are already engaged in,” said BPCM Partner Carrie Ellen Phillips.
Bubble Agency, a London-based firm that works with clients in the media and entertainment technology and services sectors, hires Rufus Jay as account director. Jay previously served as senior content/account manager at Nelson Bostock Unlimited and has also worked at CCgroup and 3 Monkeys Zeno. Based in Bubble’s central London headquarters, Jay will work on a variety of technology, broadcast and media clients. “Rufus’ excellent B2B tech and telecoms experience across journalism and PR make him a valuable addition to the senior Bubble team,” said Bubble Agency managing director Sadie Groom.
