9thWonder elevates global business operations head Josh Okun to president. Okun has led global business operations at the Lambert & Co. unit since 2018. MP&F Strategic Communications names Lisa Swinson senior digital strategist. Swinson has been with the firm since 2017, most recently serving as account supervisor. She previously worked at Blue State Digital and Porter Novelli. Western Governors University, an accredited online university, promotes Glenn Gillen to regional manager, communications and outreach. Gillen was previously public relations manager for WGU North Carolina, the state affiliate of the national university. Before coming to WGU, he was a senior account manager at S&A Communications. He is currently the ethics chair of the North Carolina Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. In his newly created role at WGU, he will oversee public relations and external communications for the southeast region, which encompasses North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi.
