SoundExchange, which collects and distributes digital performance royalties on behalf of recording artists and master rights owners, brings on Stephanie Werner as vice president, brand marketing and industry engagement. Werner was most recently headed up global marketing for Global Citizen, an advocacy organization working to end extreme poverty. She has also served as executive director for VH1’s Save The Music Foundation and vice president of consumer marketing and music marketing for VH1 and LOGO. In her new post, Werner will lead engagement and growth strategies for SoundExchange's portfolio of over 250,000 creators worldwide. Along with current vp, industry relations Barry LeVine, who is taking on the title of vice president, marketing and entertainment partnerships, she will be part of the company's newly expanded corporate affairs group.

Capwell Communications hires Liz Wilkins as a senior VP. Wilkins most recently served as SVP at integrated marketing firm IMW Agency, where she led a cross-functional team supporting clients from health and wellness to food and beverage companies. She was previously vice president, public relations at Edelman and communications manager for Disney Consumer Products. The agency has also promoted Bonnie Efird to account director, Lauren Snow to account supervisor and Linda Langley to director of operations.

AdaptHealth, which offers healthcare-at-home solutions including home medical equipment, medical supplies and related services, names Anton Hie vice president, investor relations, a newly created position. Hie joins AdaptHealth from RBC Capital Markets, where he most recently served as a research analyst and assistant VP, covering healthcare services and managed care. He previously held positions with Jefferies, First Union Securities, and J.C. Bradford & Co. In his new position, Hie will collaborate with AdaptHealth’s senior management team on the company’s growth and competitive strategy. He will also have primary responsibility for managing the company’s communications with its public shareholders and the investment community. “His extensive background in both the healthcare industry and the investment community make him a welcome addition to our team,” said AdaptHealth chief financial officer Jason Clemens.
