Jessica Boulanger, executive VP-PA at the BusinessRoundtable, is stepping down Sept. 30 to pursue other opportunities.
She brought impressive Republican credentials to the DC group upon joining it in 2012 from New Media Strategies, an online marketing firm.
Earlier, she worked for the House Republican leadership as press secretary to majority leader Roy Blunt and on the staffs of majority whip Tom DeLay and conference leader Deborah Pryce.
Boulanger also was communications director for the National Republican Congressional Committee and a staffer for the Progress for America group that pushed for the Senate confirmations of Chief Justice John Roberts and Associate Justice Sam Alito.
At the BR, she advocated on behalf of Donald Trump’s tax cut, as well as the Trade Promotion Authority and the revamped North American Free Trade Act.
President/CEO Joshua Bolten called Boulanger a “creative and talented professional” who contributed tremendously to the Roundtable and will be deeply missed by the CEOs of member companies and their staffs.


Roger Bolton plans to step down as CEO of Page, the association of strategic communicators, at the end of the year following a 13-year run.
Sherrie Mazur will join the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation as managing director, of communications on Feb. 14.
Independent Diplomat, the nonprofit that promotes democracy by organizing opposition movements and activists, has trained its sights on Venezuela.
Robert Tappan has joined the International BioMetrics + Identity Assoc., the trade group for the identity technology industry.
Tiffany Haverly, who was at Finsbury Glover Hering, has joined the Internet Association as director of communications.
