ProShares brings on Eric Dash as executive director, chief content and communications officer, a newly created position. Dash joins ProShares after running Golden Triangle Strategies, his own strategic communications and marketing firm, for the last seven years. Previously, he served as a senior advisor for policy and communications at the U.S. Treasury Department. Navigators Global is adding Brian Darling, a former top adviser to Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), to its strategic communications arm as a senior adviser for communications and strategic partner. Darling currently runs Liberty Government Affairs. He worked for Sen. Paul as senior communications director and was previously senior fellow for government studies at the Heritage Foundation. “Targeted messaging has become almost as important as lobbying in terms of impacting federal policy,” Darling said in a statement. “I believe that Navigators is best suited to aid clients in crafting and delivering a message to federal politicians that will help the client accomplish specific government relations goals.”
