Teneo appoints Gaby Sulzberger as chair of its global ESG practice. Sulzberger joined Teneo earlier this year as a senior advisor. She is a member of the board of Eli Lilly, Mastercard, Warby Parker, Cerevel Therapeutics and several other private companies. In her new position, Sulzberger will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction of Teneo’s ESG advisory capabilities and will also serve as a key advisor to Teneo clients. “Gaby is a highly-respected and sought-after expert on ESG issues, and I know she will bring deep insights and strategic counsel to our clients,” said Teneo CEO Paul Keary.

Dix & Eaton brings on Brittany Mihaila as vice president. Mihaila was most recently an independent communications consultant based in Denver. She was previously at Dix & Eaton as a senior account executive. Mihaila has worked on client projects in sectors including investor relations, change management, internal communications and ESG engagements. The agency has also hired Adam Redling as an assistant vice president. Redling was previously an editor at GIE Media and Babcox Media. “They both bring significant technical acumen and differentiated skill sets and are already contributing value-add counseling to client engagements across the firm,” said Dix & Eaton CEO Chas Withers.

rbb Communications promotes Kathleen Low and Jorge Mendez to vice president. Before joining rbb in 2019, Low was a digital media supervisor at Zimmerman Advertising. At rbb, she manages digital paid media advertising, and has worked with such clients as Neste, Primrose Schools, Invicta Stores and The Closeout. Mendez has driven programs for clients including Related Group, Cinch Home Services, CGI Merchant Group and Hilton Development.
