Miller returns to NRG, where he was previously vice president, strategy, from Apple TV+, where he was head of consumer insights. He has also served as project manager, media & entertainment at Penn Schoen Berland, and was a manager at Sony Pictures Entertainment. In his new role, Miller will oversee the direction of NRG’s client engagement, content marketing, and media outreach, as well as its thought leadership strategy. “Grady is a rare leader who is equal parts creator, counselor and researcher. His vision for seeing what’s next in our culture matched with his uncanny insight into content and technology trends will super charge our marketing,” said National Research Group CEO Jon Penn.

BizCom Associates names Monica Feid chief operating officer. Feid, one of three co-founders and a principal with the firm, served as BizCom's vice president since the agency's creation in 1999 and took over as president of the agency in 2017. As COO she will oversee day-to-day operations of the agency and its operating divisions, BizComPR, DigitalBizCom, BizComDesign and BizComPress. “Her energy, creativity and ability to inspire our team members across the country is a major reason for our continued growth and success,” said BizCom co-founder and CEO Scott White. “Her guidance for our growing team will be critical as we continue to expand our portfolio.”

Airfoil Group promotes Airfoil Communications president Keith Donovan to CEO. Donovan succeeds agency founder Lisa Vallee-Smith, who as chairman will continue to steer business development efforts, pursue strategic partnerships, and help diversify the firm’s service offerings in digital marketing. Donovan, who has been with Airfoil since 2006, previously worked at MSLGROUP. In his new position, he will continue to unify the agency’s digital marketing services with its traditional public relations offerings. Over the course of the next several years, Donovan will assume ownership of the business. “Keith has been my choice to succeed me for some time,” said Vallee-Smith. “In working with him over many transformational years at Airfoil, I have developed a deep trust in his ability to manage, execute, and lead.”
