The Washington Post adds Shauna Little to its client solutions team as vice president of marketing, effective April 11. Little joins the Post from Paramount Global, where she served as vice president of digital integrated marketing. She was previously vice president, client solutions at CBS Interactive and director of national digital sales strategy at Tribune Media. In her new post, Little will oversee teams including product and solutions marketing, B2B events and The Washington Post Creative Group. “Shauna’s leadership will formally connect three exceptionally talented teams within our client solutions group,” said Washington Post chief revenue officer Joy Robins.

Butler Associates Strategic Communications adds veteran journalist and communications leader Bryan Joiner to its staff. Joiner was most recently the lead daytime produ­cer for MSN Money's news desk. He previously served as the editor-in-chief at Adventure Publishing, a trade news operation focusing on the licensed products industry, and was a reporter and editor at community news publishers in New York City. Joiner has also worked as a freelance writer and columnist at platforms including Vice, Deadspin, SB Nation and the New York Obserer.

Hemsworth Communications hires Cathy Hayes as associate vice president. Hayes joins the agency from Tampa, FL-based News & Experts, where she drove thought leadership and media relations for executives across various industries, as well as senior leaders at such franchise brands as Mosquito Authority. She was previously director of franchise marketing at Curious Jane and handled marketing for Publix Super Markets’ Greenwise Markets launch. In her new post, Hayes will work on overarching strategy and development across accounts in each of the agency’s three divisions: travel/tourism, hospitality and franchising/business services.
