Daniels joins the company from global pharmaceutical company UCB, where he served as customer experience marketing lead. He was previously director of consumer marketing at Roche and held several senior marketing posts at Eli Lilly. At Solution Tree, Daniels will lead and drive the company’s enterprise marketing strategy and develop and implement a corporate strategic marketing plan to addresses all products, content, partners, distribution channels and customer touchpoints. “Calvin brings a comprehensive understanding and demonstrated performance of highly successful full-spectrum marketing, branding, and communications initiatives,” said Solution Tree president Ed Ackerman.

Sherlock Communications appoints Richard Fenning as director of search engine optimization. Fenning was most recently SEO manager at ecommerce group Americanas s.a. in Rio de Janeiro. Before that, he worked at Mercado Libre in Buenos Aires as SEO Team Leader. In his new role, Fenning will lead the growth and expansion of a team of specialists across technical search, performance, content and digital PR. While he will primarily be based at the company’s offices in Brazil, he will collaborate with Sherlock Communications’ staff across its operations in Latin America. “Having Richard on the team will be highly beneficial for our clients as we now have the ability to provide even higher quality and ROI on all our SEO projects,” said Sherlock Communications managing partner Patrick O’Neill.
