APCO Worldwide hires Christina Saull as a senior director in its Washington, DC office. Prior to joining APCO, Saull was director of corporate communications at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, which operates Reagan National and Dulles International airports and the Dulles Toll Road. In this role, she drove internal and external communications, leading crisis communication planning and response, media relations and serving as lead public information officer and spokesperson for the organization. “Christina brings a fresh perspective on key challenges for companies in transportation, critical infrastructure, travel and tourism and global supply chain,” said Licy M. Edelman promotes Bianca Freedman to CEO of the firm’s Canadian region. Freedman, who has been interim CEO since October 2022, was previously chief operating officer, Canada. Before joining Edelman, she held several executive marketing and communications positions at Walmart. Freedman now oversees Edelman’s five offices across Canada, reporting to global president and chief operating officer Matthew Harrington. “Bianca has brought a wealth of experience and excellent strategic and leadership skills to Edelman Canada,” says Harrington.
