Torres-Soto has more than 20 years of communications industry experience in human resources and DEI programming.
She worked as SVP, head of people at Civic Entertainment, Seacrest Global Group unit; and SVP, head of diversity & inclusion at IPG Mediabrands.
At MWW, Torres-Soto will recruit, develop and retain top talent in an inclusive and feedback-driven environment. She also will deepen the firm’s DEI and justice initiatives.
