BCW names Edelman’s Ross Hall as head of corporate and public affairs, Europe & Africa. At Edelman, Hall most recently served as regional client services director for EMEA. Before coming to Edelman in 2017, he was managing director, corporate affairs at Ketchum, and he has also served as a senior director at FTI Consulting. At BCW, Hall will be responsible for bolstering BCW's corporate and public affairs offer across the region. “Ross brings extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams at scale to deliver award-winning international campaigns for clients to support their business objectives. He also has a proven track record in building high-performing teams,” said BCW Europe & Africa president Scott Wilson.

Hill+Knowlton Strategies brings on DK Bartley as global chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer, and Desirée Davis Stolar as global head of talent management and employee experience. Bartley comes to the agency from Moody’s, where he was chief diversity officer. He was previously SVP, head of diversity and talent acquisition at Dentsu International and has held senior DE&I and human resources management positions at companies including Sony, Mercedes-Benz, and HarperCollins. JConnelly hires Ryan Hughes as assistant VP. Hughes joins JConnelly from Hiltzik Strategies, where he was a senior manager. He was previously a senior account executive at ROKK Solutions, and he has also worked at Shirley & Banister Public Affairs, where he handled conservative media relations for Governor Scott Walker's (R-WI) campaign for President, and later managed key aspects of the surrogate booking operation for Governor John Kasich's (R-OH) presidential campaign. At JConnelly, Hughes will be working with teams based in the agency’s Chicago office.

The University of Arizona names Brad Bohlander senior vice president and chief communications and marketing officer, effective Sept. 5. Bohlander has been chief communications and marketing officer at North Carolina State University since 2011. Before that, he served as executive director of public relations and university spokesperson for Colorado State University. In his new post, he will lead all facets of strategic and integrated marketing and communications for the university. "He has a proven a track record of success in managing complex communications issues and implementing data-driven strategies to advance institutional reputation, and he understands the complexities of large land-grant universities such as ours,” said University of Arizona President Robert C. Robbins.
