Highwire PR brings on Michael Byrnes as managing director of health. Byrnes was most recently general manager, Boston, for Weber Shandwick after serving as an SVP in its corporate healthcare practice. Before that he was a VP at Matter Communications, partnering with B2B technology, healthcare and consumer brands. At Highwire, Byrnes will scale the agency’s portfolio and explore strategic additions, while fostering talent and serving as a senior counselor to clients and teams. “Michael’s experience at the intersection of health and innovation makes him an invaluable partner to our practice as both our clients and our employees lean into this new era of healthcare storytelling,” said Highwire PR principal and co-founder Emily Borders.
Steinreich Communications Group appoints Ben Martin as VP and general manager of its New Jersey office. For more than a decade, Martin served in a variety of roles at Winning Strategies Public Relations and its successor agency, EFK Group, including VP of client services. He previously was the communications manager and director of marketing for Saint Clare’s Health System. In his new role, he will work with the account staff in Steinreich’s NJ headquarters on strategy, training as well as overseeing its public affairs clients. “Ben’s reputation as an outstanding mentor and strategist will both benefit our team and clients. Salesloft, which provides an AI-powered global revenue workflow platform, names Randy Littleson as its CMO. Littleson was previously CMO at software company Conga and at NICE inContact, a cloud call center operator.
