Byrnes was most recently general manager, Boston, for Weber Shandwick after serving as an SVP in its corporate healthcare practice. Before that he was a VP at Matter Communications, partnering with B2B technology, healthcare and consumer brands. Steinreich Communications Group appoints Ben Martin as VP and general manager of its New Jersey office. For more than a decade, Martin served in a variety of roles at Winning Strategies Public Relations and its successor agency, EFK Group, including VP of client services. He previously was the communications manager and director of marketing for Saint Clare’s Health System. In his new role, he will work with the account staff in Steinreich’s NJ headquarters on strategy, training as well as overseeing its public affairs clients. “Ben’s reputation as an outstanding mentor and strategist will both benefit our team and clients.
