Scott was most recently SVP of integrated marketing—betting and gaming at digital sports platform Fanatics. He previously served as SVP marketing at SurveyMonkey, VP of product marketing at Lyft and VP consumer marketing at Open Table. In his new post, Scott will lead and execute CharterUP’s marketing initiatives to strengthen its brand presence and accelerate its growth. “His exceptional track record at OpenTable, Lyft and Fanatics in building robust brands and driving growth in two-sided markets aligns perfectly with our mission,” said CharterUP CEO and founder Armir Harris.

Nahigian Strategies hires Kara Brooks as VP of communications and Andres Mancini as VP of brand and creative strategy. Brooks served as director of communications to former second lady Karen Pence and was press secretary to Mike Pence when he served as Indiana governor. Mancini previously served as VP, brand at creative agency POOLHOUSE and VP, marketing at the Washington Speakers Bureau. “Together, Kara Brooks and Andres Mancini add strategic thinking and communications agility to our team and clients,” said NS president and founder Keith Nahigian. “Both are exceptionally talented and will be a big part of our growth.”

Relentless Awareness, an Albany, NY-based creative strategy firm with offices in Las Vegas and Greenville, SC, promotes Mike Allen and Melissa Kees to VP. Allen was previously director of production at the firm and Kees served as director of accounts and media strategy. They will both retain their directorate titles. Before coming to Relentless in 2021, Allen worked as a videographer for the New York State Assembly and Spectrum Networks. Rees joined Relentless in 2022, after serving as sales and marketing manager for WAMC Northeast Public Radio in Albany. “Mike and Melissa have been instrumental in the growth of Relentless over the past few years,” said managing partner Joe Bonilla. “In their respective role as vice president, they will take on more of a public-facing leadership role here at the firm for its future.”
