In Scott’s office, Woods handled legislative areas including health care, budget, Social Security, retirement, and commerce / science / transportation issues. He also led a team that advised Sen. Scott on tax, trade, aging and education issues. Prior to joining Sen. Scott’s staff in 2021, Woods was a senior policy advisor to Florida Congressman Gus M. Bilirakis. Before that, he founded two health care startups: FwdHealth, Inc. and Scipio Strategies. “With a proven track record of crafting and championing important health care policy, he is well-positioned to help our firm and our clients shape the debate in Washington,” said Alpine Group CEO and managing principal Les Spivey.

Sheehy comes to the agency from the Xbox team at Microsoft, where she directed communications for Xbox Game Studios and the Minecraft franchise, among others. She previously was communications director for the Washington State Wine Commission, and before that served as an account supervisor at Edelman. Brandt was most recently managing partner of Stagwell Technologies. Before coming to Stagwell, he served as chief innovation Officer for the P&G Team at WPP, and chief growth officer at WPP’s Grey Midwest. In his role as CMO, Brandt will be responsible for generating further awareness, adoption and growth of the PRophet Suite – consisting of the Earn, Influence, and Monitor products.
