The Bliss Group names Emily Porro as SVP and co-leader of the firm’s impact practice. Porro was most recently SVP and impact practice lead at Raffetto Herman Strategic Communications. She previously was an SVP at both Makovsky and Berns Communications Group, in addition to founding Porro Comms, a strategic communications and content development consultancy. In her new post, Porro will work alongside co-leader Megan Tuck to provide counsel for organizations seeking to align strategic priorities and sustainable programs with societal change. “Emily's leadership and insights will be instrumental in shaping a future where Bliss is a key player in driving impactful and transformative change for people and the planet,” said The Bliss Group CEO Cortney Stapleton.
TEAM LEWIS appoints Kurt Hauptman as VP of analytics. Hauptman was at Edelman for over a decade, serving in a variety of positions including VP of DXI, Edelman’s data and intelligence organization. In his new post, Hauptman is tasked with helping to define and influence analytics roadmaps for clients and guide TEAM LEWIS’s analytics innovation and strategies. “Hauptman’s knowledge of data analysis combined with his strategic vision will be instrumental in elevating our analytics capabilities and unlocking new opportunities for growth,” said TEAM LEWIS head of research, analysis & strategy Piper Dolan.
Ingredient, a digital food marketing agency, names Andy Mansoor as business development manager. Mansoor joins Ingredient from global brand tech agency OLIVER, where she led new business for North America. Before that she was executive operations manager at advertising services company Obviously. In her new post, Mansoor’s primary focus will be on new business initiatives, strategizing ways to expand and diversify the company’s portfolio. She will act as the main point of contact, working to enhance visibility and expand the agency’s exposure to opportunities that resonate with its values and services.
