The National Association of Broadcasters names Gabriela Sibori senior director of communications on its public affairs team. Sibori was most recently a senior adviser at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, developing and executing strategic communications addressing such issues as mental health, COVID-19, cybersecurity and civil rights. Before that, she worked at the Washington Office on Latin America. In her new post, Sibori will serve as a spokesperson for the association and will help develop and execute messaging strategies to advance broadcasters’ policy agenda before Congress and the Federal Communications Commission. "Gaby is a seasoned policy communicator whose years of government service have equipped her with a profound understanding of effective and strategic communications,” said NAB EVP, public affairs and chief of staff Michelle Lehman.

Yokley was previously Blink’s SVP of marketing and head of governmental affairs. Before that, she was SVP of marketing at property technology provider Allbridge and VP of global marketing at Trilliant Networks.
