Magrino brings VP Mary Ogushwitz back to the firm as an SVP. Ogushwitz returns to Magrino from housewares, health and home, and beauty products marketer Helen of Troy, where she was most recently marketing communications director for its OXO brand. While at Magrino, she worked with such clients as Martha Stewart, Hendrick’s Gin, The James Beard Foundation and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. In her new post at Magrino, Ogsuhwitz will oversee integrated client communications across digital, social and public relations. “She returns to Magrino with fabulous cross-channel experience that will benefit all divisions and clients,” said agency chairman and CEO Susan Magrino.

Yes& hires Robb Lee as senior VP, integrated services. Lee comes the agency after a 17-year career at the American Society of Association Executives, most recently as CMO. He was previously with ICF International, Ruder Finn, Marriott International, and Ogilvy and Mather Advertising. In his new role, Lee will call upon his client-side experience to ensure that clients receive a seamless solution tailored to them and their unique audience sets. “We got to know Robb very well while he was at ASAE,” said Yes& founder and CEO Robert W. Sprauge. “He always made us feel that we were on his team, and he was on ours.”

Brex, a global spend platform that includes expense management, reimbursements, payables, travel, and corporate cards, names Scott Holden CMO. Holden joins Brex from AI-powered analytics software company ThoughtSpot, where he also served as CMO. He was previously VP of marketing at Salesforce. At Brex, Holden will oversee company’s marketing strategy and work to position it as the leading spend management platform. Brex co-founder and co-CEO Henrique Dubugras called Holden “an exceptional leader with an impressive track record of building and growing leading enterprise software brands.”
