Hill+Knowlton Strategies has acquired digital creative shop Rice5, a $2M Asia firm with nearly 50 staffers.

Eleven-year-old Rice5 has offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai and clients like Givenchy, L'Oreal Group, Polaroid and the Hong Kong Tourism Board.

Services include creative design, social and digital media.

H+K is part of London-based WPP, which says it pulls $1.4B in revenue out of Greater China each year.
