Prior to that she was with vaccine maker Mérieux Institute (now Sanofi Pasteur), where she was director of communications. Volovitch began her career at MSD/Merck & Co., where she was director of communications for MSD Paris. She was later a partner at Baird’s CMC.

Volovitch will now head Finn Partners’ Paris office and serve as a senior partner in the independent agency’s global health practice. She’ll report to managing partner Chantal Bowman-Boyles, who leads Finn Partners Europe, and managing partner Gil Bashe, who serves as global health practice head.

Finn Partners has emboldened its global health practice in recent months, in November appointing Michael Heinley as partner and deputy of the agency’s New York health practice and in October hiring Makovsky vet Arielle Bernstein Pinsof to serve as global health practice partner.

Finn Partners in 2015 accounted for nearly $10 million in healthcare related net fees.
