Tara Chandra, who has managed foreign policy and PR programs across the Middle East and Africa, has joined FTI Consulting's strategic communications unit in Washington.
Experienced in national branding, diplomatic engagement and crisis management programs, Chandra most recently was VP at Podesta Group responsible for the firm’s foreign government clients and reputational work.
Earlier, she did stints at The Harbour Group, Rendon Group and Dept. of Defense.
At FTI, Chandra “will support clients with cross-regional interests between the US, Middle East and Africa,” according to Tom Crawford, senior managing director in FTI’s strategic communications unit.
