MERGE Atlanta, healthcare shop, has hired Kris Krava as executive creative director. Krava comes to MERGE from management consulting firm Slalom, where he was principal, experience design. He has also served as experience director at SimplyInteract and UX director at MaxMedia. Over the course of his career, he has worked with such Fortune 100 clients as Coca-Cola, GM, GE, Ford and AT&T. In his new post, Krava will guide MERGE Atlanta’s creative department and work with the agency’s healthcare clients, providing strategic oversight for digital and traditional marketing, creative, customer experience, and technology efforts.

MPRM Communications is promoting Caitlin McGee to senior vice president and Natalie Yallouz to vice president. McGee has been with MPRM 2007 most recently as vice president. She leads the agency’s television awards team as well as publicity efforts for numerous television and home entertainment clients. Yallouz most recently served as executive director at MPRM. Before that, she was director of public relations and marketing at Soundfreaq. At MPRM, Yalouz leads publicity efforts for a broad range of corporate entertainment and tech. In their new positions, McGee and Yallouz are jointly responsible for overseeing the company’s television, digital media and technology clients, which include Bunim/Murray Productions, Blumhouse Television, Viacom and Skybound Entertainment.

DVL Seigenthaler/FINN Partners has promoted Lisa Button to partner. Button was previously senior vice president with the agency, as well as co-leading its government and environment practice. Before joining DVL Seigenthaler/FINN Partners in 2013, Button was director, marketing services at Ingram Content Group. She also held the role of marketing manager at Cigna-HealthSpring.

Crosby Marketing Communications has brought on Brittany Barre as integration supervisor and Maggie Baird as associate integration manager. Barre joins Crosby from Wunderman, where she was the lead account supervisor overseeing campaigns for three Pfizer oncology brands. Before that, she was an associate director at Mindshare. Barre and Baird will be based in Crosby’s Annapolis headquarters and work on the Military OneSource program, the Department of Defense’s flagship digital services platform that supports service members and their families.
