Terry Calvani, a top competition lawyer, has joined Brunswick Group in Washington as a senior advisor.
The former Federal Trade Commission commissioner and Competition Authority of Ireland board member, focused on criminal cartels and mergers, will counsel Brunswick clients on antitrust and regulatory matters.
Neal Wolin, Brunswick CEO, said Calvani's expertise in US and international antitrust enforcement matters "will be of significant value to our clients in the U.S. and elsewhere.”
Calvani, 73, stepped down in 2019 from his "of counsel" post Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in DC.
He has been working as a part-time lawyer since last May.
