Kathy Deveny, who headed Kekst CNC's media and presentation training unit, has joined Teneo as a senior managing director.
In a nine-year run at Kekst CNC, Deveny worked with clients to create messaging and media relations strategies in the areas of litigation, product failures and activist shareholders. She handled presentation training for earnings calls, investor days and shareholder outreach.
Prior to Kekst, Deveny worked as a journalist for more than 25 years at Newsweek (global business editor), Wall Street Journal (Marketplace editor) and BusinessWeek (staff editor).
