Finn Partners names Debbie Flynn, formerly managing partner of Finn Travel Europe, as global travel practice leader. Flynn takes on the role after a period serving as interim global travel lead beginning in late 2019, when she assumed the position from founding managing partner Gail Moaney, who stepped down for health reasons. Flynn previously founded and led UK-based travel firm the Brighter Group, which was acquired by Finn in 2018. In her new post, she will spearhead new mar-comm and business development initiatives across the agency’s existing travel groups in the US, Asia and Europe. In addition, Flynn will continue to expand the agency’s Global Travel Recovery Network, a collective of top-level travel and tourism experts, thought leaders and influencers. “Debbie’s leadership, highly regarded position as a travel counselor and advisor, and extensive international network, will be instrumental in helping travel and tourism brands build a successful and sustainable roadmap as we move out of Covid-19,” said Finn founding partner Peter Finn.

ROKK Solutions has brought on Kristen Hawn as a partner. The firm has also ups Lindsay Singleton to the newly created role of managing director. Hawn has been a senior adviser to ROKK since in 2018. She was previously a co-founder of Granite Integrated Strategies, and has served as communications director for the Blue Dog Coalition, which is composed of centrist Democrats in the US House. Working alongside founding partners Ron Bonjean and Rodell Mollineau, Hawn will leverage her experience leading communications efforts on Capitol Hill and on political campaigns, as well as in the private sector for coalitions, non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Singleton joined ROKK in 2018 as a senior vice president. In her new role, she will assume responsibility for client relationships and account management within the agency.

Mortgage Connect, a national mortgage services provider, taps Kevin McCrea VP of PR & marketing. McCrea most recently served as director of strategic alliances for the Five Star Institute, a national trade association supporting the U.S. residential mortgage and real estate market. At Mortgage Connect, McCrea will spearhead the management of corporate branding, marketing strategy and business development among other initiatives. “Kevin will be leading the charge to succinctly deliver our message through various marketing and public relations strategies," said Mortgage Connect CEO Jeff Coury.
