Kish Rajan, a California political operative with strong ties to the Democratic party, has signed on at Banner Public Affairs as senior advisor.
He served as director of the Office of Business and Economic Development for Governor Jerry Brown, campaign aide for Golden State Treasurer Phil Angelides and staffer for Senator Barbara Boxer.
Rajan, who also was chief evangelist for the CALinnovates.org, has been running his own PA firm for the past decade.
Jim Talent, Banner partner and former Republican Senator from Missouri, praised Rajan’s more than 20-year track record in the public and private sector. Rajan is “a strong asset to advance Banner’s bipartisan efforts,” he said.
Banner focuses on aersospace/defense, technology, energy, transportation/travel and food & beverage categories. It has offices in Washington DC, St. Louis, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
