Beehive Strategic Communication promotes Ayme Zemke to executive vice president, client strategy, and Rebecca Martin to senior vice president, culture and talent. Zemke has been with the agency since 2005, most recently as a senior vice president. She will continue to lead Beehive’s client experience and provide strategic communication and crisis counsel to clients in the finance, health care and construction industries. She also leads agency marketing. “Ayme’s ability to anticipate client needs and create meaningful connections is so valuable to our clients and team, but never more than during the past tumultuous year,” said Beehive CEO Lisa Hannum. Martin was previously a vice president. In her new position, she will continue to lead recruiting, professional development, wellness and social impact work for the agency. “Her vision and leadership for aligning Beehive’s talent and culture to our company’s actions — inside and outside our organization — is the foundation of our business,” said Hannum.
EVINS Communications promotes Pamela Pincow to director, food, wine & spirits. Pincow previously was an associate director. In her new role, she will serve as the account lead for the majority of agency’s premium food, wine & spirits clients, including Maker’s Mark, Laphroaig, Old Overholt and Schaller & Weber. The agency has also promoted Sean Hudgins to associate director. He will take on account management and media relations for several of the agency’s food, wine & spirits clients. Erin Nemeth is now associate director, travel and lifestyle, and Alexandra Turk has been promoted to associate account executive.
Altus Marketing hires Jennifer Dilbeck as senior director of business operations and Robert Graves as director of analytics. Dilbeck joins Altus from One & All Agency, where she served as director of financial planning and analytics. She was previously account director, finance at Russ Reid Company. She has been instrumental in building enterprise direct marketing solutions for organizations including the American Red Cross, Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity. Graves’ experience encompasses quantitative/qualitative research and statistical analysis in the nonprofit sector, consumer-packaged goods, healthcare and insurance.
Baretz+Brunelle names Robbie Penzell, who formerly headed up digital marketing operations at litigation funder Burford Capital, as its chief digital officer. Penzell comes to B+B from Enova International, a financial technology company, where he led retention marketing for the company’s two small business lenders by building strategic, multi-channeled marketing campaigns. In his new post, he will work to expand Baretz+Brunelle’s digital marketing offerings to law firms and other businesses operating within the legal industry.
