Konnect Agency brings Jason Jacquot aboard to lead the agency’s digital practice. Jacquot joins Konnect from Los Angeles-based NOMAD Digital + Venture, where he served as managing director. At NOMAD, he worked with such clients as MGM, Draft Kings, and Taco Bell, as well as collaborating with Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest on various alpha partner programs. Before that, he was an account director with digital marketing agency HYFN. At Konnect, Jacquot will oversee and expand all divisional capabilities and staffing. "Jason has the perfect combination of seasoned expertise in digital marketing; coupled with incredibly strong leadership," said Konnect president Amanda Bialek.

Walker Sands promotes Dion Manly to vice president of operations and Sandeep Goswami to vice president of engineering and technology. Manly has been with the agency since 2018, previously serving as senior director of operations. In his new position, he will continue to focus on supporting the agency's growth by streamlining processes and optimizing systems. Goswatmi was senior director, software engineering and before coming to Walker Sands was senior manager, software engineering at Spirit Airlines. As vice president of engineering and technology, he will continue to lead new technology research and development while also exploring new product offerings. Walker Sands CEO Mike Santor said that Manly and Goswami have "quickly helped us up-level our operational sophistication and streamline the rollout of new processes and tools."
APCO Worldwide appoints Singapore-based trader and entrepreneur John Lin to its International Advisory Council. Lin is the founder and chairman of Grasshopper, one of Asia’s leading proprietary trading firms. Retired from active trading, he remains an angel investor and regularly advises upcoming companies. He recently cofounded COmastermind, a high-level accelerator for innovation thinking and collaboration. At APCO, Lin will help further the agency’s ongoing dedication to being a critical strategic partner for clients that are embarking on their digital transformation and innovation journeys. “John will help us to better navigate the increasingly complex landscape to stay ahead of the curve,” said APCO managing director, Southeast Asia & Korea James Yi.
Saucony brings on Fábio Tambosi as chief marketing officer, effective immediately. Tambosi joins Saucony from Adidas, where he served as global head of brand, planning and activation for the company’s sports performance categories. He was previously brand director at Nike Football and also helped lead the global launch of its women’s campaign. In his new position, Tambosi will be responsible for providing strategic development and execution of Saucony’s global branding initiatives, including brand positioning, direct-to-consumer, advertising, digital strategies, international growth initiatives, and expansion of Originals, the brand’s heritage lifestyle business. “His ability to lead brand engagement across the entire consumer journey will further advance our momentum,” Saucony global brand president Anne Cavassa told SGB Media.
