Davis, who joined Finn Partners in 2018, most recently served as associate vice president responsible for the agency’s Fort Lauderdale office. Moore hires Kelly Navarro as chief people officer. Navarro was previously general counsel, vice president of human resources at BAMSI and chief of legal and human resources at the State of Delaware. As a key member of Moore’s enterprise leadership team, she will report to the CEO and oversee the firm’s human resource, diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and human capital initiatives. “Kelly serving as our chief people officer is a very important addition to the company as we continue to design meaningful approaches to workforce engagement and reinforcing our prioritization to diversity, equity and inclusion,” said Moore CEO Gretchen Littlefield.

Gatesman promotes Susan English from her current role as director of PR and social media to serve as SVP, director of strategic communications, taking responsibility for Gatesman’s growing range of strategic communications programs. Mackenzie Leahy is being promoted to vice president, performance media as part of the agency’s rebranding of its media department.
