On the Move: Finn Partners Puts Davis in Charge of Florida

Finn Partners promotes Beth Davis to vice president and head of Florida operations. Davis, who joined Finn Partners in 2018, most recently served as associate vice president responsible for the agency’s Fort Lauderdale office. Prior to Finn Partners, Davis led the West Palm Beach office of Moore Communications Group. “Beth is a dynamo—she brings talent and determination to every endeavor, delivering results for clients and being a strong mentor for other team members,” says Finn Partners managing partner, southeast Beth S. Courtney.

Kelly Navarro

Moore hires Kelly Navarro as chief people officer. Navarro was previously general counsel, vice president of human resources at BAMSI and chief of legal and human resources at the State of Delaware. As a key member of Moore’s enterprise leadership team, she will report to the CEO and oversee the firm’s human resource, diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and human capital initiatives. “Kelly serving as our chief people officer is a very important addition to the company as we continue to design meaningful approaches to workforce engagement and reinforcing our prioritization to diversity, equity and inclusion,” said Moore CEO Gretchen Littlefield.

Gatesman promotes Susan English from her current role as director of PR and social media to serve as SVP, director of strategic communications, taking responsibility for Gatesman’s growing range of strategic communications programs. Mackenzie Leahy is being promoted to vice president, performance media as part of the agency’s rebranding of its media department. Leahy joined Gatesman in 2019 and has worked to drive lead generation, acquisition and paid search strategies. Beth Thompson will now serve as VP, director of PR and social media, and Christy Kelly has been promoted to SVP, director of account management.
