The Hoffman Agency hires Natalie Kessler as EVP in its global talent marketing practice. Kessler joins the agency from Adobe, where she was most recently global talent marketing and employee brand leader. In her new post, she is tasked with establishing and leading the consultancy’s talent acquisition service, which will offer services ranging from creating employee propositions to digital marketing campaigns anchored by microsites to activating employees as brand ambassadors. The practice will emphasize technical professionals.

PAN Communications promotes Matthew Briggs and Kari Hulley to SVP. Briggs has been with the agency since 2009, most recently serving as a VP. As the agency content lead, Matthew spearheads firm-wide content training, content development, and strategy for its roster of technical content specialists. Before joining PAN as a VP in 2018, Hulley was a VPat InkHouse. As SVP, she will lead a dedicated team and will also serve as general manager of the agency’s San Francisco office. PAN has also promoted Kathryn McMahon Arrigg from director to VPt. “Each of these leaders brings invaluable experience, knowledge and mentorship to their teams,” says PAN EVP Healthcare Dan Martin.

CBS Studios brings back former VP of communications Kristen Hall in the EVP of communications position. Hall left CBS Studios in 2018 for Amazon, where she was most recently director of original series publicity. In her new post, she will report to CBS executive vp of communications Chris Ender, leading all publicity and communications strategies for the studio. “She has an amazing passion for the business and its artistic process along with a clear vision for how it works together with publicity and earned media to help drive success,” said Ender.
