FINN Partners managing partner John Seigenthaler has been tabbed to serve as the next chair of the Peabody Awards Board of Jurors. Siegnethaler, who before coming to FINN was a longtime NBC Nightly News anchor and correspondent, has been a member of the board of jurors for past six years. The Peabody Awards, based at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia, honor the most intelligent, powerful and moving stories told in broadcasting and digital media. Nominees for the 83rd Peabody Awards will be announced in April with the winners announced in May. 2023 will also be the first year that the digital and interactive storytelling category, which was introduced last year and includes gaming, virtual reality, and social video, will be included in the main Peabody ceremony.

Mower promotes Stephanie Crockett to president and CEO. Crockett has been with Mower for 18 years, most recently serving as president and chief operating officer. She assumes the CEO title from agency founder Eric Mower, who becomes executive chairman. The balance of the agency’s executive leadership team remains in place. “Stephanie Crockett is our time-tested and most evident candidate to head a group of strong and competent leaders at Mower for the future. Harle Solis was previously director of community impact and communications at investment management firm Las Aguilas. Her previous roles have included leadership positions at NASA, HEB, and Whataburger. At Endeavors, Harle Solis is taked with overseeing all aspects of the organization’s communications, marketing, and philanthropic efforts. “She has an impressive background in communications and marketing with a diverse skill set earned by working for a consulting firm and several high-growth companies with strong brands,” said Endeavors CEO Jon Allman.
